Why are your services free?
The insurance company of those responsible for causing the brain injury also pay the Serious Law’s legal costs. This protects our clients as they pay us absolutely nothing.
These costs are paid to serious Law in addition to the compensation amounts that are awarded to the child. It is for this reason that we make no deductions whatsoever from the compensation amounts awarded.
