Interim payments

Our experience of working in this area allows us to quickly establish significant payments in the early part of the case on behalf of children and familys affected by child brain injury. These payments are known as interim payments and are used to fund living expenses such as mortgage repayments if a parent needs to give up work along with private medical treatments and home adaptations which may be required.

Financial protection

Interim payments are made by the insurance company or party responsible for causing the child's brain injury.
